Welcome to the Basler Lawn Tennis Club (BLTC)
In the lush green Margarethenpark in the Gundeldinger area, Gundeli for locals, there are eight wonderful clay tennis courts. They are home to our - Basler Lawn Tennis Club BLTC. Sorry, no lawn courts, but fantastic old trees and lawns surrounding a distinguished English style Clubhouse with two specious terrasses.
Founded in 1907 the BLTC has a long tradition. Today we have some 400 members playing tennis just for fun and exercise or competitively. We have 15 teams in all age groups participating in the Swiss Interclub Championship. Furthermore, we organize different activities and tournaments within the Club. Visit us at Gundeldingerstrasse 1a. Our club is easily accessible by public transport, only a short walking distance away from the main SBB station and there are ample parking spaces in adjacent streets.
Guests welcome
Non-members can play on the BLTC courts at the following times:
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 12.00 h and 14.00 - 17.00 h
Saturday - Sunday 08.00 - 11.00 h.
Cost per court per hour: CHF 30. Minimum one hour.

Tennis School Vito Gugolz
On the BLTC courts you can take tennis lessons with the Vito Gugolz tennis school. Their experienced team of coaches offers training for kids, juniors and adults.
